1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ropter.io or using the Ropter application (including app.ropter.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Ropter is a B2B SaaS platform operated by Whiff Labs Pvt. Ltd. that connects to your CRM, imports deal and activity data, processes it through AI summarization, and stores insights in our database to provide sales intelligence to your team. Features, availability, and integrations may change as we improve the product.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not share access or allow unauthorized users to access the platform. You agree to notify Whiff Labs Pvt. Ltd. promptly at hello@ropter.io if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Data & CRM Integration
By connecting your CRM to Ropter, you authorize Whiff Labs Pvt. Ltd. to import, process, and store your CRM data (including deals, contacts, and activities) for the purpose of generating AI-powered sales insights and operating the service. You retain ownership of your data at all times, subject to the rights Whiff Labs Pvt. Ltd. needs to provide and improve Ropter as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent security or technical measures, probe or scan systems without authorization, overload or disrupt the service, or use Ropter for any unlawful purpose. Whiff Labs Pvt. Ltd. may suspend access for violations.
6. Payment & Billing
Subscription fees and billing terms are as agreed at the time of purchase or as set out in your order or commercial agreement. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Whiff Labs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts with overdue payments after reasonable notice where permitted.
7. Termination
Whiff Labs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the service or other customers. You may cancel your subscription or close your account in accordance with your plan or agreement by contacting hello@ropter.io. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and governing law) will survive.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ropter is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Whiff Labs Pvt. Ltd. disclaims warranties not expressly stated herein. Whiff Labs Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Whiff Labs Pvt. Ltd. for Ropter in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, except where mandatory consumer or other protections apply.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on ropter.io and update the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires your explicit consent.
11. Third-Party Trademarks
Pipedrive, HubSpot, and Freshsales (Freshworks) are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. All product names, logos, and brands referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Ropter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.
